Suitable Properties Already Identified
The initial Fractional Shares Fund (named "Fund 1") will provide sufficient capital to acquire and restore a starting portfolio of five rural holiday properties in 2026.
We have already identified 3 of these properties HERE
Each property is purchased below market value, typically between €5,000 and €15,000, with renovation budgets set at 25% of the purchase price, ensuring full modernization while retaining character.
By consolidating operations and leveraging regional partnerships, the fund maintains low overhead while enhancing the guest experience — leading to strong repeat bookings and direct sales.
